Lane Fire Authority provides fire, life safety and emergency medical services (EMS) to 45,000 residents over 282 square miles in the scenic Willamette Valley. A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Santa Clara Fire Protection District, Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025, will be held at 88050 Territorial Hwy. Veneta, OR. The meeting will take place May 23 at 6 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed program with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 15 at 88050 Territorial Hwy. between the hours 9:00 a.m. and 4 p.m.
