Board Meeting Schedule
Regularly scheduled board meetings for Lane Fire Authority and Santa Clara Fire are held every third Tuesday at 1:00 PM.
These meetings will be available to view on our website the soon after the meeting.
For the first and second Tuesdays of each quarter, meetings will take place at Station 101 in Veneta. The third Tuesday of each quarter will be held at Santa Clara North Station 116.
During these meetings, the board conducts official business, including voting on budget decisions, appropriations, tax levies, and establishing fire district policies. We encourage public participation, and everyone is welcome to provide comments at any board meeting. If you’d like to share public comments at a Board of Directors meeting, please reach out to us in advance.
