Board Meeting Schedule

Regularly scheduled board meetings for Lane Fire Authority and Santa Clara Fire are held every third Tuesday at 1:00 PM.

The first and second Tuesdays of each quarter, meetings will take place at Station 101 in Veneta. The third Tuesday of each quarter will be held at Santa Clara North Station 116.

During these meetings, the board conducts official business, including voting on budget decisions, appropriations, tax levies, and establishing fire district policies. We encourage public participation, and everyone is welcome to provide comments at any board meeting. If you would like to provide public comment at a Board of Directors meeting, please complete and submit the public comment form at the bottom of this page directly to the Fire Chief by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the board meeting.
